Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office manager. Please inquire about our payment options including a pre-payment courtesy of 5%.

We participate with many insurance plans such as Cigna, Delta Dental (both PPO and Premier), Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia and dental plans under Connection Dental PPO. Please contact our office to verify the acceptance of your insurance plan.

Our office currently accepts Care Credit. Care Credit offers no interest finance plans. For balances under $500, we offer 6 months interest free. For balances over $500, we offer 12 months interest free.

We offer in-house financing with no interest if an automatic, recurring payment is set up on a credit card that is accepted at this office. Typically, the payment plans are three months. These payment plans need to be set up in advance with the office manager.

Orthodontic Financing

We offer special financing options for orthodontic treatment at Halfmoon Family Dental. We offer in-house financing with no interest with half down for Invisalign and one third down for traditional braces. The balance can be paid on a monthly basis, 12 months for invisalign and 18 months for traditional braces. CareCredit offers a special financing option for Invisalign patients with no interest.
